On a two handed backhand, unlike a one handed backhand, you turn the shoulders though like a forehand. Kimiko Date's left arm finishes just like some forehand's finish. On one handed backhands the back shoulder should stay back as in the Muster backhand tip. This is an important point if you are trying to come to a decision on which shot to hit.

I spent two years jumping back and forth between the two, and never improved my backhand a bit. I settled on the one hander, and my backhand improved in large steps. If you are trying to decide remember the differences in shoulder rotation. Another important point is Kimiko's footwork. I say again she has the best footwork in tennis. Here she really digs in and gets down to the ball. A great example of the two handed backhand.
