CATCH YOUR RACQUET
Catching your racquet like this will do two things; first, it gets the racquet through the ball, and second, you find your finish high, and out in front, where it belongs. This is an uncomplicated way to remind your body to hit through the ball more and keep from pulling up too soon.
If you hit with an extreme western grip it won't help too much, Extreme western forehand follow through should be more over the off-shoulder.
